All classes: 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. (Spinnaker schedule says 8:45 to ensure the gym is empty)

 Policies & Payment:

Given that our participants are often retired and living on fixed incomes, we strive to keep our classes affordable. Thus, we offer one of the least expensive classes on the Seacoast, taught by two of the most experienced, knowledgeable, and qualified instructors available.

Classes are 'pay as you participate'; you don't pay for something you can't take advantage of due to unforeseen situations. 

Class Fee: $7/individual, $12/couple, per class. Payable upon entrance to the gym

Virtual Payments: Payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or personal check (only through agreement with instructor)-visit E-Payments page on this website.
